About the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and coordinating the international Sexual Health and Wellbeing initiative workplan with the goal of advancing sexual healthcare in prostate cancer care across key markets. Working closely with the Director, Sexual Health and Wellness, you will oversee projects and work programs, and support delivery where required in accordance with our contractual commitments. 

You’ll have the opportunity to lead

Coordinate and oversee market-specific workplans for sexual healthcare and prostate cancer guideline implementation:

  • Work with advisory groups to establish an overall engagement and planning approach for all workstreams, particularly external stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-market learning and knowledge sharing to advance workplans where applicable.
  • Integrate input from subject matter experts into planning and delivery of workplans including input from patient lived experience
  • Integrate monitoring and evaluation processes into workstreams in collaboration with the monitoring and evaluation team and report findings to governance committees.

 

Support the coordination and delivery of the clinician and patient education required to implement the sexual health and prostate cancer guidelines:

  • Ensure workstream reporting is established to enable progress reporting to be delivered
  • Coordinate clinician and patient education to ensure continuity of messaging to the patient and their partner
  • Support and oversee contracts with third parties engaged to deliver work packages
  • Ensure any key risks to delivering the plan are identified early, and mitigation steps are taken

 

Support and coordinate the internal cross functional squad supporting delivery of the plan

  • Coordinate and support the internal Movember cross functional squad that will deliver work packages. Support, in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, budgets and plans to support successful delivery of Initiative.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Sexual Health and Wellbeing, execute Implementation Plan for the initiative, aligned with the project plan for each work package
  • Support the Director of Sexual Health and Wellbeing with the preparation of budgets and funding plans for workstream activities
  • Monitor budgets, report variances and resolve financial issues
  • Coordinate and report annually on the progress and impact of the initiative
  • Work with monitoring and evaluation team to integrate data into broader impact reports to meet organisational needs

 

For this role, you’ll need

  • Proven track record in program management of a large health program of work involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have a Project Management Professional Certification with minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Minimum Undergraduate Degree and/or work experience in healthcare or technology field
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement including lived and living experience of those experiencing social and health inequities.
  • Proven ability to build integrated project plans using project management software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to demonstrate cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence

Bonus points for

  • Experience and understanding of prostate cancer and how the social determinants of health can impact the experience of prostate cancer care and access to supportive care services.
  • Agile project management education and experience in design thinking
  • Experience working in the healthcare setting in multiple countries
