About the role:
The Implementation Lead (LMS) will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and management of Movember’s new Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting the gender-responsive team implementation plan. This position is crucial for supporting the development of an online interdisciplinary hub aimed at health professional training. The hub will feature a series of curriculum-based e-continuing professional development (e-CPD) programs tailored for healthcare practitioners, alongside a suite of multi-modal educational resources designed for tertiary-level educators. Additionally, the hub will host a community of practice, fostering collaboration among healthcare practitioners, researchers, and subject matter experts globally.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
Manage the implementation of the LMS
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Movember’s new Learning Management System ensuring effective coordination and communication across teams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of LMS initiatives, including tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Lead the process of translating course content from storyboard to final implementation in the LMS, working with product and design teams to ensure the creation of engaging, user-friendly online courses.
- Monitor and analyse LMS data to assess platform effectiveness, user engagement, and overall performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in LMS functionality and user experience, collaborating with teams to drive continuous enhancements.
- Support stakeholder engagement by maintaining strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment and collaboration on LMS and content development initiatives.
- Support the product managers to manage the ongoing implementation of training programs with our end users and external partners.
Manage the quality of learning
- Ensure all educational materials on the LMS and hub are high-quality and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Implement quality assurance processes for content development, review, feedback collection, and continuous improvement to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Ensure that content reflects gender-responsive healthcare practices and meets the diverse needs of learners, including healthcare professionals and tertiary-level students.
- Monitor learner outcomes and engagement to evaluate program impact, using data to refine content delivery and improve the learning experience.
Collaborate with the team to support content development
- Assist the gender-responsive team in designing, developing, and integrating content into the online hub, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
- Support the creation of clear, engaging, and well-structured content for online learning that meets the needs of healthcare professionals and university students.
- Gather feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., healthcare practitioners, university sector) to continuously improve content.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to the growth of the content library by developing a variety of learning materials (e.g., videos, articles, interactive modules) and supporting a community of practice to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Your knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing online learning programs, with expertise in LMS platforms and instructional design.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyse data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and measure effectiveness.
Bonus Points For:
- A health professional background or experience in healthcare education, public health, or working with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in developing engaging, evidence-based content for health or education settings.
- Experience with LMS platform, Skilljar.
