Program Manager, Men’s Health - Global
Annual Salary: £66,000 - £70,000
Men are dying too young – and it doesn’t have to be that way.
Around the world, men are facing a health crisis: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and suicide. At Movember we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives.

Every project, every campaign, every idea adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a purpose-fueled crew who believe making an impact and having fun should go hand in hand. Your mission is calling.
DO GOOD. Work for Movember.
Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it):
Movember is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the operational delivery of three globally significant men's health programs - Community Men's Health, Discovery Research, and Social Connections Grants - representing a combined investment of over £20 million across Australia, Canada, Ireland, the UK, and the US. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of research, community practice, and strategic program delivery within the Movember Institute of Men's Health.
Oversee end-to-end program and project management across three multi-year, multi-market programs, ensuring delivery is consistently on time, on budget, and aligned to agreed scope and quality standards
Act as a connective bridge between community-embedded programs, research investments, and system-level partners, ensuring evidence generation and learning are grounded in practice and feed into policy, delivery, and future investment decisions
Drive cross-functional coordination across internal teams including Grants Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Market Teams, as well as external university partners and community delivery organisations, to keep complex programs moving effectively
Maintain rigorous program governance, documentation, risk and issue management, and reporting frameworks appropriate to internationally scaled, multi-stakeholder research investments
Build and sustain strong working relationships with academic institutions, research teams, and community organisations across five markets, representing Movember in operational discussions and supporting collaborative problem-solving
Coordinate monitoring and reporting of program KPIs, milestones, budgets, and research deliverables, preparing high-quality insights and strategic updates for Directors and senior leadership to inform decision-making
Support the integration of discovery-led and community-based research models, navigating differences in governance expectations, evidence standards, pace of delivery, and ways of working across academic and implementation contexts
Contribute to evaluation, learning, and knowledge translation processes that strengthen Movember's global evidence base, advance men's health outcomes for underserved boys and young men aged 12 to 35, and inform future investment priorities
No Moustache Required - but the following are:
5+ years’ experience in (research) program or project coordination within health, community or not-for-profit sectors
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with external partners over multi-year programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation
Proven skills in project coordination, time management, risk identification, and problem-solving
Strong organisational skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Outcomes-focused, with an understanding of performance measurement and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills
Ability to learn and effectively use project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt in complex environments
Flexibility to attend global meetings outside standard work hours
Not Mission Critical - but for extra bonus points:
Experience supporting translational research or evidence-based program implementation
Knowledge of men’s health, mental health, or suicide prevention
Experience delivering programs in community settings
Relevant undergraduate qualification

GOOD CAUSE:
Working for Movember, you’ll help turn ideas (and moustaches) into millions for men’s health. Every bit we raise changes the face of men’s health by funding research, improving treatments, and supporting programs that help save lives.
We’re even shaping government policies on men’s health worldwide. By meeting directly with lawmakers, and helping them understand how more investment on men’s health benefits not just men, but all the communities they serve.

GOOD VIBES:
We love weekends. That’s why our Fridays finish early for nine months of the year. But we also love our office vibe. Because here, it always feels like something big is about to happen. Be it an office-wide surprise birthday party (with cake!) or an open invite for all to hit the pub.
Come the hairy season, the energy cranks up. We’re talking celebrity visits. Live stunts on-site for TV and radio. And when we hit a fundraising milestone, the office gong might even go off. But, for those who prefer calm, no probs: hybrid working means you work where you feel best.

GOOD CREW:
Spoiler alert: we’re a no-ego, all-impact crew. That means everyone gets a say, from new starters to those leading the charge. Collaboration over hierarchies, curiosity over rigid process. And it’s true across all our offices worldwide. We work as one, sharing expertise and celebrating wins. All in the name of making the biggest impact across the globe. United, we Mo.
We offer:
Hybrid/Flexible working – we offer our team a split of home and office working
13 weeks paid Parental Leave and 6 weeks annual leave
Health Cash Plan – to support the costs of everyday healthcare needs (dental, optical, wellbeing)
An Employee Assistance Programme offering face to face counselling, plus legal and financial support
A fun stimulating and collaborating culture, with company events
Service awards after 3, 5 and 10 year
Committees to join – Culture team, Equity Diversity & Inclusion
Bike to work scheme
Half day Fridays for 9 months of the year

Being different is how we started. And it’s also helped us raise $1 billion for men’s health. So, we know the power of diverse experiences, skills and perspectives.
Movember is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and workplace - a place where we can all be ourselves, and each have the equal opportunity to succeed and be recognised for our unique contribution. We value the experiences, skills and perspectives of all individuals and actively encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds.
