We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & New Business Manager to join our Melbourne team.
The hairy factory that is Movember is looking to grow the partnerships team in line with the organisation embarking on the delivery of an ambitious 5-year organisational strategy that sees a focus on partnerships as a key strategic pillar.
The Strategic Partnerships and New Business Manager is the go-to Mo in taking partnerships from ideation to implementation in a uniquely disruptive way that speaks to Movember’s values.
As part of this role, you will apply your combined partnerships and marketing acumen to deliver world-class and year-round partnerships. The shape of these partnerships will include enviable leading brands and sporting organisations and events. You will be responsible for managing and evaluating these partnerships and growing revenue through various activities to support Movember’s mission to improve health outcomes for men in the areas of prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health and suicide prevention.
For this role, you’ll need:
- 3+ years working within the commercial / marketing landscape.
- Confident and capable in all aspects of delivering marketing strategy and planning.
- Experience in delivering insight driven multi-channel campaigns, analysing and using data to inform decision making.
- Experience in delivering commercial partnerships.
- Demonstrated success of working with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign/activity.
- Experience of dealing with multiple external partners.
- Self-starter who is resourceful and has excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Entrepreneurial with the ability to spot opportunities and act quickly to open those opportunities up.
- Innovative and inspirational thinker
- A team player who likes to collaborate.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a close-knit team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
