Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

About the role
Movember designs and builds innovative digital products to support the unique needs of people across our prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health programs. As the Product Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the product team through requirements gathering, ways of working and discovery through to implementation.
 
This is a fixed term full-time position (ending November 2023) with the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your work between home and our Richmond office.
 
You’ll have the opportunity to
  • Work with stakeholders, customers, product managers & UX to understand business and customer needs and problems.
  • Participate in design processes to establish solution options.
  • Work collaboratively with product, design, content, tech and business to produce requirements (epics/user stories/spikes etc) at a cadence that matches the product development teams needs.
  • Keep the product backlog groomed.
  • Ensure the teams working priorities align to the products’ direction.
  • Influence and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps.
For this role, you’ll need
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • An outstanding track record of delivering product solutions to market.
  • Strong discovery experience - a demonstrated problem solver with a curious mindset that asks and answers the 'why' underpinning initiatives.
  • Knowledge of business analyst techniques including preparation of business requirements documents, requirements traceability matrix, process models, data analysis and modelling, business use case models, business use case specifications and user stories.
Bonus points for
  • A tertiary degree or relevant qualification in IT or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in or knowledge of User Centred Design.
  • Previous experience working for a non-profit.
