About the role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will deliver value adding solutions across a range of HR areas including: organisational change, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, staff development, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion and strategic workforce planning.
Over the next three to five years Movember will undertake a deliberate shift towards becoming an impact-led organisation. This will be a significant undertaking and cultural evolution. You will play a critical role in enabling this evolution through co-designing the future organisation and the building of new capacities required for Movember to deliver, adapt and grow.
This role has become vacant due to a promotion of the previous incumbent. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Richmond office.
