About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for increasing revenue through the recruitment of new commercial partnerships in the UK and Europe. We are incredibly proud of our international partnerships with brands such as Gillette, Pringles, L’Oréal, and Lamborghini, and are looking for a high-skilled and enthusiastic individual to help us continue to grow. You will be joining an experienced and successful team, who’ve grown corporate partnership income by 250% over the last 5 years.


You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Implement the business development strategy for Commercial Partnerships
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners
  • Progress brands through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach right through to closing deals
  • Attend regular meetings, developing and delivering presentations and working with key stakeholders to engage prospective partners
  • Work collaboratively to put together commercial contracts as necessary, working closely with legal team to ensure that these are fully adhered to.
  • Explore and broker partnerships with brands and organisations from the world of sport
  • Be a Movember Brand ambassador; particularly within the corporate sector. Attend events, talks and act as a spokesperson where necessary.


For this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a corporate fundraising role at a national/ international charity, working on new business and/or account management of high-value partnerships
  • Experience of developing and managing a robust pipeline and securing six and/ or seven-figure partnerships in either the charity or the commercial sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to rapidly build and maintain positive relationships
  • Experience of various aspects of corporate fundraising including licensing, CRM, employee engagement and sponsorship
  • The ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholder

  • A high level of internal motivation
